Default Handling customer inquiries?

What do you guys find to be the best way to handle unregistered customer inquires?

1.) Putting up an e-mail address (e.g. info@somedomain.com)?

2.) Putting up an obfuscated e-mail address (e.g. info PLUS at sign somedomain PLUS dot com)?

3.) Using a Web Form?

4.) Other?

Personally I've always went the web form route but would like the input of others.

I do everything I can to make it easy for customers to contact me: email address, contact form and my phone number. Obfuscating an email address doesn't really help avoid spammers if you own a domain. You can send email to any domain and someone will get it.
